HQCI is an
organization that advocates for artists and creative professionals. It is our
strong belief that creative talent exists in every financial class. It is our
duty and our mission to help gifted artists expose their artwork to a larger
audience. We will open doors once thought to be sealed shut to creative people who
do not have connections. We want to celebrate past, current, and future art
masters.

We adopt
the philosophy of German painter Albrecht Durer (1471–1528):
We believe art should be enjoyed by all. Art should be accessible and
inclusive. Art should be viewed by anyone who appreciates it. Art should be
taught to all who wish to learn the history as well as acquire and develop
proven techniques and skills to elevate art to the next level of creative
expression.
